I saw this position being posted on LinkedIn, so I commented my interest which caught the attention of the poster who later ended up interviewing me a day or two later. The interview itself was fairly normal, I was asked a lot of in-depth questions regarding my skills. You could tell that the interviewer was truly listening to your answers and wanted you to elaborate more on your explanation. I got a rejection email the following Monday, so at least they were prompt with their turnaround.
