1. basic phone interview asking about ur experience, tell me about your self , what type of people do u find difficult working with. 2. Once phone interview , if you pass u are set up for half a say interview. which includes aptitude, grammer correction test, and interview with 3 people.

Very long day. Met ~5 people through the organization and took a logic skill test. Pros: No second interview. Interviews were lengthy and generally detailed and gave a good sense of culture and role. Cons: Took a whole day (~6 hours) to complete. Wasn't sure which of the interviewers I'd be reporting to or the relationship between them.
