The interview process included an in-depth behavioral questionnaire, an initial phone screening and a live interview with two managers. The live interview lasted approx. 60 minutes and flowed more like a conversation rather than a back-and-forth question and answer segment.

Applied online, phone interview about 4 days later. Very basic questions. Very pleasant interviewer. Went through details of job and company very well. Wanted to know salary details right off the bat as well as any days I needed off for PTO. Did not go into a lot of detail about benefits except for 401K match at 5% and pension plan. My only issue was that the job did not start until July so I accepted with a month and a half til my start date.
