Reached out to the Hiring Manager and was able to setup an interview within a few days. There were about 5 interviews total. These are to affirm their culture, complete a Business plan and then to meet with VP's from Thrivent. I personally had an incredible experience - from Recruiters to the Thrivent family.

Multiple round interviews. Initially met with the marketing directors, then came on-site for live interviews. Final interviews were over the phone. Nothing technical, more mindset focused, making sure you are a right fit for the team.

Can you fill out your top 300 contacts in a business planning workbook?
It was pretty casual, asked me questions more about personality than technical skills. The process took around four interviews, where I met with a singular guy at first and then with a team.
Very easy going process that was made easier by great people. They are really testing to see how good your soft skills are and your ability to communicate with people.
