Interview process heavily emphasized territory control and uncapped commission. Sounds like a sales job with door to door business, but they said they're a third party hired by Amazon to convert businesses that are using amazon accounts to use their amazon business account. So doesn't sound like you're doing inside sales really, talked about converting leads and closing sales, which reminds me of door to door canvassing for solar, but with a bit more lead. You get assigned areas that you'll work to convert, which reminds me again of solar canvassing.
Also, for the interview, told me that it's usually a two step process, but for mine they're gonna do it all in one. That's a bit weird if you're trying to look for a qualified candidate to speed up the process.
My first time trying to enter this field, but not looking to be a car salesman type, so not gonna go with them, but interview was okay.
