What experience do you have working with the mentally disabled?
Lengthy and unprofessional. I felt the hiring team was not fully receptive of my concerns and they were unprepared for my interview. Interviewers did not know what questions to ask and were using their phones throughout my interview.
Straight forward questions. They want to know about your interest in working for the agency and what value you can bring to help the department you interview for. They asked me simple questions on getting to know who I am and what my background is in the mental health field.
