Application online and the interview in person with Supervisor. The supervisor asked me questions as to why I would be a good case manager, did I have experience with working in mental health and teaching.

What is your experience working with people who have mental health issues?
They had two people interview and made me choose between 3 positions on the spot. They were really short with me, and I didn't feel heard at all. They told me they were looking forward to working with me as they have a lack of people. They told me they went with someone else. Overall, wouldn't recommend.
