      The interview process was split in 3 sessions depending if you passed the initial one. After the you passed the first interview if you were asked back you came the next day for the full day. It was a run through of what a typical day would be if you worked with the company.

      Entrevista

      To me, the interview process is tense but smooth. Knowing that this is a competitive job, the interview still spends long enough time for each interview to know the interviewee better. There are three rounds of interview, the first being the most general, second and third is a combination of test and fieldwork. This is to test your knowledge and marketing and your student mentality.

      Entrevista

      This was one of the more bizarre interview processes I have seen. For the first interview, they gave the impression that this was more of a managerial role. After inviting me back for the second interview, I was given vague answers as to what the next interview would involve. They only told me that I would be shadowing operations and it would take most of my day. Well, it turned out that the operations were off site and were simply door to door sales. After shadowing until after 8 pm that same evening (my 2nd interview started at noon), I was asked to stay for a third interview, but told that they wouldn't recommend me unless I committed then. I have never seen or even heard of a company that conducts 8 hour interviews and doesn't allow time to consider an offer. It also was strange to me that they wouldn't tell me what we were doing until we were there so I was unable to prepare. Something seemed off about the whole experience and I declined their offer.

      Thanks for letting us know how your interview went. We apologize if it wasn't what you expected. We do explain the shadowing day at the first interview and let candidates know what to expect. It's certainly not uncommon for an assessment interview to last a full day, and we believe it is the best way for us to find the right candidate. When we invite a candidate to an observation day, it's usually because we believe that the candidate is right for the position, and shares our vision and ambition. We don't always get that right, but it's something we're working on. Thanks for coming to meet us, and we wish you all the best.
