Ok face to face after 2 telephone interviews then with store manager then on shop floor to see how you approach people rather useless not in uniform so customers tend to ignore you. Would be better to be shadowed

Online assessment to check customer service skills and decision making. Next telephone conversation very friendly and causal. Then face to face in store with manager. You can also transfer internally if there are spaces in other stores.

It was a very chilled out interview process. I spoke with the manager about expectations, previous selling experience and he also asked me to sell him his phone and it was a great ice breaker
