Entrevista
On-site hiring event was the only time ever responded to, after 2 years of applying online. Walked in, filled out a form per job I wanted, and waited for an interviewer to be ready (even though I had an appointment).
Very straight forward, standard technical support and customer service type questions. At the end of the interview was informed whether or not we would move to the next round (technical interview).

They ask basic questions about your background and technical experience. Mostly background questions. They ask things about your previous role and how you handled certain technical situations. They also get to know more about you. Your personality, how you fit into their team.
