I had one Zoom call and one on-site interview, including a two-hour work test. However, when I actually started the job, the real work turned out to be completely unrelated to what was discussed during the interview, which was quite confusing.

They are punctual. Hr has a very effective role in the process. The head designer is professional and conducted the interview well. The owner showed up to greet me. They play a fair game.
