Had a screening call with Harry for this role. Harry turned up ten minutes late and asked me to tell him about my career so far. I did so and was told that because I did not have any 'software services' experience that the job wouldn't be a fit. I have over 6 years in the software industry and over 5 in services marketing but Harry was adament that without experience marketing specifically software services there wouldn't be a point in having another interview. All in all I spent about a day preparing for an interview that took about 3 minutes.
