Interview process is in multiple stages which i find very repetitive and almost like a Ponzi scheme. They almost ask you the same questions which you’d have to give the same answers. There is also inconsistency in reviewing CV and the channel of interview in uncertain with lack of proper structure.

Had a very pleasant chat over the phone, was told I would be receiving an offer soon, never heard from the person again (I am keeping the person's name a secret because I'm not a nice guy unlike him)
