very normal questions over the phone and job was offered .The questions are basic. The interview is done by manager and team lead.The interview stage is divided into 2 rounds. The first is a 1:1 interview on campus (my school had an interview process that allowed me to show up on campus). If you pass through the 1st round, they invite you over to Trisep for a 2nd round. The worst experience I have ever had with any company. I applied for a role in August, I initially started the process with a recruiter and when through the initial call. Got a rejection said the role was filled. A week later the role was reposted. I got in touch again and we restarted the process.
We did another HR/Recruiter screening, and then entered a loop where their Polish based (outsourced?) Talent Partner don't even have Calendly links to share. After 3-4 weeks trying to schedule a call with the hiring manager, we finally found a slot.
On the day of the interview, no one joined.
Absolutely outrageous and unprofessional. Suffice to say, you must be desperate for a job to be willing to get through their interview process.
