The interview process was very similar to most large organizations. I received a call from a recruiter, who asked why I was interested in the position. What my work history consisted of, along with my education level. I then went in for a face to face interview, waited about 10 days and was called back for a second interview with the VP. I was offered the position at the second meeting and accepted. As a whole, I thought the process was conducted very well, and I felt I was treated very fairly.

The most difficult question they asked was, why had I never stayed with a company for more than 5 years? After I explained the reasons behind my moves, they were satisfied with the explanation. Although, it did come up again at my final meeting.

Entrevista
It was structured like a basic interview, including the STAR response formatting. There was a lot of behavioral questions, and the interviewer was very nice. Overall, was not very "difficult" and was kept light.

HR - Team Lean - Exec. HR was short, it was online. Team lead was about 90 mins. They generally wanted to see if you were a good fit. Exec is more about compensation.

Applied online. Recruiter offered a phone screen. I reached out to her, via phone. She became annoyed at me, and told me (sounding very angry/annoyed) that "she didn't want another long-winded answer", then asked a question about sales, that I did not understand and was robotic. She told me it wasn't going well, and I asked to be moved out of the talent database.predicated on that interaction.
