I first had a 15 minute phone screening with an HR representative. The questions were general ones about my background. 2 weeks later I had a 45 minute phone interview with the hiring manager. She was very nice and friendly, most of the questions were behavioral: asking me about difficult situations, etc. 2 weeks later I had a 30 minute phone interview with her colleague. We mostly discussed my background. I was pretty confident and thought I had done well on all of my interviews. After a week and a half of not hearing anything, I emailed the hiring manager to check in on the status. I never received a response from her, and 2 weeks after that I received a form rejection email.

It was about a 2.5 hour long process. They had me interview for an hour with 2 mangers (2 on 1 setting) and then I call listened with two separate reps for an hour (1/2 hour increments). They wanted me to get a feel for the job. They wrapped it up with a final interview with the head manager for 30 minutes.
