Very rigorous interview for the MAP program. They bring everyone in for final rounds on the same day and conduct both one-on-one interviews/cases and a GROUP case. It is a slightly unnecessary and tedious process, but a good experience nonetheless. After that I wouldn't want to work for a firm that takes themselves so seriously anyway.
