Pros - Informal and pleasant interview process. Lovely people who are passionate about their work. Feels like a company that is going places. Despite not receiving the offer, I was pleased to have gone through the process.
Cons - Little information provided to assist prep and slow to get back at each stage. Very limited post interview feedback. If hiring on talent, would suggest more targeted questioning around skills. Bit cagey when discussing comp package
