It was a group interview on zoom with 6 other candidates. 4/6 were from the same city and applying for the same position. Very odd to be on a group call and being directly compared to your competition. I knew I wasn't going to get the job the second the call started because another candidate already worked for them for another client and was a shoe in. Don't know why they bothered interviewing SO many people for a position that is less than part time and will make you maybe $200 a month.

It was a virtual group interview with 5 other candidates all over the US for the same brand. The interviewer was so nice and friendly! However, I can agree with another poster that they seem to be judging based on a "certain look". In the follow-up email they don't want to say "rejected" so instead they send this message: "We appreciate your time and patience as we review all candidates. We'll be in touch soon if you're selected to fill the position. If not, we'll keep you on our waitlist for future opportunities with all of our ThirdChannel brands." It really soured me on ThirdChannel and I would have preferred a basic rejection rather than a bogus "wait list".
