After filling out online application they will call you and set up a phone interview. They ask the basic interview questions and takes about 10 minutes. From there you will need to submit a video and explain why you are an ideal candidate. The better/ more creative the video is will help them make a final decision between finalist in your region.

Pretty simple video interview asked general questions about resume and experience. Be yourself and read up on some company background for the brand you will be representing. Look nice as this wiill be a video interview
