I interviewed last year. I had several calls with HR, analysts, then more senior staff. Eventually I was invited down the NYC office. It looks like a big room with 40 people in the middle who are all on the phone (like a call center). I got along well with everybody but I assume I didn't do well enough on the case and didn't get the offer. I was instead hired by a legitimate consulting firm that pays much better (like several 10k more in a much cheaper major city) and has a much better culture from what I have read about Cognolink. I'm extremely happy I didn't end up working here - I believe it would have severely retarded my career development (1 year wasted time at this age is huge). I think recent grads should only consider working here if they genuinely have no other options (which is probably true for many, in which case go for it). While you are selling yourself in the interview, they are selling the role too (or, what they pretend it is as an "analytical role" - read the other Glassdoor reviews). Stay away if you can.

Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.

Given this case industry, what types of industry experts would you contact on behalf of a client who is looking to invest in a company within that sector.
Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.
