The company wants to grow its revenue in the US and is expanding its operations. HR/Talent management will do the phone screening. The North America heads of Sales or Account Management will do a 1:1 or 2:1 with you. Very open management and transparent interview process as management will share their sales targets with you. The interviewers will happily show you their great office as well.
