Pros: The interview process is extremely smooth and you have guidelines before each interview that helps you prepare for the interview and creates realistic expectations.

The HR will also give you a call after the interview to give you feedback on your interview.
Cons: The interview process is a bit long considering you have to do 5-6 interviews, which takes around 1-2 months to complete the interview process.
