My experience was somewhat unique. I had a phone interview with a soon to be executive. I loved the interview and made me feel comfortable about the company right away. In fact, it put me in a mood where I didn't even want to go to work at my previous job because I was excited about Thinsolutions. I had a formal interview at the home office which was relatively quick but informative and enjoyable. I met a few of my would-be coworkers and toured the office.
