Interviewer was very monotone and bland. The questions asked didn't have to do much with previous tutoring experience. Knew someone else who interviewed and was offered a job despite not having any prior experience with tutoring or children with learning disabilities.

The interview was made up mostly of situational and personal introduction questions. They also asked me what I thought was unique about them. The interview lasted thirty minutes and was very straight forward.
