The process seemed well organized but also fairly informal. I was doing a bootcamp and got introduced to the company. Was first interviewed by VP of Sales and Co-Founder. The second interview was with the CEO. It was at 7AM! Coming from non-profit that was pretty shocking! Then I was asked to shadow the Sales Team for a morning. I met all of the reps, asked them questions and heard some of their phone calls that day.
