Very unprofessional and tedious for a summer internship, HR ghosted me and cannot even spell basic English words. Literally just letting anyone screen for candidates these days. Multiple emails sent, no clarity on anything, and had to beg for the few responses I did get. All this for an unpaid internship. No respect for candidate's time or their own. Reject upfront if needed.

there were two steps, one was group discussion and the other was a skype interview, there was no elimination round after the GD, so all aspirants who appeared in the GD can participate in the interview round also.before the process we were asked to fill the form in which some career objective type questions were asked. so before entering the interview hall, they had all the answers which you gave for those asked questions, so be prepared for that also because they asked the question related to your given answer on that form.

the process commenced with an online test from which 10 people were shortlisted, then we had to fill a personal data form, then GD round and skype interviews. It basically asked about power plant engineering and a project mentioned in my CV
