I went into the sketchy office and saw a few other applicants waiting Interviewed with the "office manager" who asked typical questions like tell me about yourself, 3 strengths, a weakness, etc Got a good vibe from him, and got a call the next day asking me to come in for a second interview (which took a full day from 9AM to 7PM) Second interview involved 3 "potential recruits" shadowing a junior and senior employee, watching as they went about their day at a gas station Casually interviewed by the senior employee, who later assigned us periodic written "marketing tasks" that were likely ignored At the end of the day, travelled back to the office where we filled out a short questionnaire, and were interviewed again by the office manager The first person interviewed was hired, they called me in second and I was hired, the third person wasn't however I ended up accepting, thinking that this job was sustainable Quit very soon after
