Interview held by two people who didn’t seem prepared, there was no structure to the interview. Left the interview feeling confused about what the job role entailed with no clear direction of the role and business structure.

I applied via CV for the Marketing Campaign Manager role. Then I had a telephone call with the talent and acquisition team. I was then invited to a Teams call interview with the hiring manager and a member of the Marketing team. The interview went well, they were friendly and informative. At the end of the interview, I was told I would receive feedback and an outcome within a few days. After a couple of weeks, I emailed asking for some feedback on the interview, but I didn't receive a response, This is the second occurrence whereby I have not received feedback from the Very Group after an interview.
