I applied on indeed.com. I received an e-mail inviting me to sign up for an interview. I could pick from a couple days and timeframe in the next week. I showed up to the corporate office. I was greeted promptly and interviewed in a conference room. Questions about availability. Situation Based Questions. Typing Test.

What is your ideal schedule? Tell me about a time you diffused an angry customer. What resources do you use to fix a technical problem when you don't know what's wrong?
The interview process was fairly easy. I had background in packaging and shipping so that helped. Very laid back and connected very well with both the store owner and manager.

Had 4 interviews total. 1 over the phone, 2 zoom calls, and 1 in person. Took about a week and a half for the whole process. Having a positive and out going perspective on things will be very helpful with the interviews.
