I had 2 phone screens with the Recruiter, both of which were great conversations. I was told that I would hear back from them by the end of the week in regards to next steps, or no next steps (either of which were fine, just wanted mutual respect and communication). When the end of the week came, I followed up, and then followed up twice more the following week. Crickets. It's fine that they found better candidates, however, I had taken time out of 2 busy days to speak with them only to never hear back either way. Extremely unprofessional and rude. They need to communicate better with their candidates.
