out of the total people hired half had 2 interviews and that too with separate panels. the interview started off with the regular 'tell me about yourself'. the panel scanned and questioned the resume in detail. the most challenging part of the interview was the guesstimates that the were asked with each consisting of atleast 2-3 ways of answering each.
