They started with 2 telephone interviews. A round of 5 face to face interviews. Each interview lasted for about one hour. They would randomly ask others who were unscheduled to come in and interview me. The owner drilled me for about 3 hours. I waited about 1 week after the last interview for an offer. I was not even looking for a new job but the opportunity fell in my lap so i went through the process.
