A brutal interview process and is extremely in-depth and lengthy for a contract role. I did not complete the process because the writing assignment required to complete is basically a whole recruiting strategy that someone should get paid to complete. It's almost like they like to collect these as ideas on how to curate their recruiting process. Terrible process and company.
