The interview process was odd at best. I had three calls- first with the recruiter, Jaynie. Second with the director of operations Britney, and thirdly with another manager Michelle. There was a four-week gap between the second and third interviews so I assumed I was out around week 2. Eventually, I was called for the third interview. While everyone was friendly throughout the process it seemed very disorganized. I never heard back after the third interview to tell me one way or the other if I got the job or not, which is extremely unprofessional. I've been rejected before but never ghosted after going through three interviews. The lack of communication was extremely off-putting and in my experience a BIG RED FLAG. I like the mission of this company, however, the lack of communication and disorganization were only a sign of things to come, which was also alluded to by the third interviewer, who was low-key alluding to disorganization throughout the interview. I find it incredibly disrespectful to have someone go through three interviews and not communicate whether they got the job or not. I am writing this 8 weeks after the third interview. I don't care if I got the job or not but I do care that they wasted my time and didn't have the professionalism to follow up.
