Phone interview was scheduled and seemed like it went well. As the interview ended I was told that I would be contacted within the next day or two for an interview with an someone else as the next step of the process. I am ok if someone is not interested in moving forward but I never heard anything and sent a follow up thank you email inquiring about the interview I was told would be scheduled. Never heard another word. Disappointed in zero communication after telling someone you are moving forward with the next steps, not very professional and if interest changes just tell the person.
