they used a hiring recruiter for interview process that asked several unnecessary questions including SS #. recruiter sent list of things to not ask about during interview (do not ask about salary, time off, benefits, etc.) and stated negotiation would happen via recruiter. Recruiter changed salary range twice via email without discussion. Recruiter also mentioned requirement to send company interviewer a handwritten thank you note within 24 hours of interview. Recruiter stated she did not know if they had an Assistant PM role available and wasn’t sure about growth within company (5 years experience as Assistant PM and licensed broker). Upon further research, Assistant PM role is available. Reading reviews on RMR group on indeed indicated upward movement was not available regardless of skillset. Decided not to move forward in process after seeing the email from recruiter listing what to not say or ask during interview, etc.
