Invited to presentation about the hotel group by the Job Centre. Had to do a group exercise to launch an egg out of the window using paperclips, paper, a balloon and blue tack to presumably see how interacted as a group. Invited to shadow current employees then asked if still interested in the job. Invited back next day for basic mathematical aptitude tests and an interview with manager and team leader.
