They do a great job with scheduling and communication during the process.
the interview occurs over a few days. you'll talk to a recruiter one day, a hiring manager another, and this is all followed by a Super Day where you are interviewed by different people in different parts of your department.
It is delightful and challenging at the same time and speaks to the magic of talent optimization.
