Entrevista
First, a hiring seminar that described the position, followed by a brief interview. Next, an introductory workout followed by a longer 1 on 1 interview. Finally, an interview with the regional manager.
They are very selective; less than 1 out of every 100 applicants make it through the interview process and are hired.

Online, quick, efficient, and they’re communicative the whole way through. It’s easy to navigate their interview system and they also have an in person interview where you can check out the facility and see if it’s the right fit

When they accept your application you are scheduled to answer three questions that are pre recorded and than asked to submit your answers. The second interview is with the regional manager where they will go over job expectations and wage information.
