Was recruited for the position. There was no response for a couple of weeks before they scheduled a phone screen. This resulted in moving on to scheduling a panel interview. At the same time I was contacted to schedule a phone interview and the panel interview was cancelled. At the scheduled time there was no call. Reached out to the person who had scheduled me who said they would look into it but they never got back to me.
