It was an hour long, round-table setting with a four person panel. They took turns asking questions and after my answers there was often dialog that followed. It was fairly informal and comfortable. It didn't feel like you were in front of a firing squad but more like a chat with fellow professionals trying to gauge your experience and if you would be a good fit for the team.
