There were 2 phone interviews, 1 in-person individual interview, 2 face-to-face panel interviews, and 1 written test. I don't think the interviewers have communicated with one another internally because the questions were repeated from time to time. They were all skill-based questions. They also tried to understand my interest and working style through a few behavioral questions. All of the interviewers were really friendly and helpful. They were very willing to spend time to really explain to you about their jobs and the organization structure & culture. However, it seems that none of them had a good understanding about the role or its job responsibilities - I've heard inconsistent / conflicting answers and expectations from the hiring manager, the MD, and the various different colleagues who were supposed to work closely with the person. More importantly, the HR wasn't helpful - the selection process was unclear; there were a few last-minute interviews; even though I was one of the final two candidates, the HR never shared updates about the recruitment status or responded to my follow-up email afterwards. I rather receive a "yes" or "no" from them...

I was contacted for the questionnaire but I did not move forward in the process. The hiring team was personable and kind when delivering the news that I didn't get the position.

In the questionnaire they ask about how you define diversity and how you have applied it in your job experience.
The interview process consisted of two virtual (zoom) interviews with panel of staff who conducted the interviews. It was a slow process, took about four months from time of application to offer. Interviews were organized and well structured.

Entrevista
Fluent, two people were very welcoming, while the third one was quite challenging and very serious. It lasted one hour, it took place in a remote fashion. They did not answered my questions with concrete examples or situations. Perhaps, they were not a match for me!
