1st let me say that I pinpointed The Money Source as the business I wanted to develop a career with because of all of the positive reviews and their mission statement. I was determined to be a part of the company, and I put all my cards into this company and the interview. Very thorough interview process. Kim called me to do an initial phone interview. She was a lot of fun to chat with. She sent over an assessment by email. Only took about 30 mins to complete. I met with the Kim and Regional Business Development Manager, Hunter. He explained the company and their mission. He was very transparent and fun to chat with as well. After taking a personality test to determine the best department for me, my last phone interview was with my direct supervisor himself. He was immediately friendly and the conversation was more of a "get-to-know-you" type of call.
