Interviewer asked what I had been doing the last 10 years. Successes. Failures. What I'm strong in. What I'm weak in. Then he explained the position and went very in depth into the history and culture of the company. He was very cognizant of how I would fit into the role and how I could work with the rest of the team. He laid out exactly what my duties would include (unlike some interviews I have been subjected to). He asked leading questions, looking for how I framed my answers. He was very thorough, astute and effective.
