      The interview process is fairly streamlined starting with a phone screening moving to in-person practical with a provided case study scenario. The scenarios were not too difficult depending on your level of experience and depth pf physiological knowledge.

      Entrevista

      The interview process was long and got longer over time, as the company was undergoing a lot of [positive] change and the process was evolving in real time. The application included a case study and required a program outline for the client in the case study. After the initial email communication confirming receipt of the application, there was a questionnaire, which was a precursor to the first phone interview. There was a second phone interview, followed by an in-person panel interview and practicum (same day); the second in-person conversation was with the CFO a couple weeks after the panel interview (I was working around a very busy schedule, so this could've happened sooner). I also took a class at one of the studios and observed another class prior to the last phone conversation; this was on the same day as the last in-person chat. The CEO wanted to have a phone conversation after I met the CFO, so that happened about a week or so later. There was some lag between the last phone conversation and receiving the offer, which the CEO was transparent about in advance. Ultimately, an offer was presented via email and all follow-up communication was done via email; it's unclear if any communication could've been moved to a phone conversation after the offer was made, as this wasn't something I inquired about.

      The questions were not difficult, as the team was asking questions that helped them assess me and my fit in the company, culture, etc. The most difficult question was presented in the last conversation, when I was asked if I was okay with remaining an exercise specialist with no growth opportunities for at least a year or two.
