The interview process was very easy. I was comfortable and relaxed as I had done my research before. It is important to come prepared with a lot of your own personal stories to share as they ask a lot about that and it is good to personalise some answers especially in this field.

sensible interview, with questions relating to the job. No, 'what colour best describes you?' type questions, which was a relief! 10mins to prepare for a longer question. Two headteachers interviewed together. There was a subtle bad cop/good cop arrangement!
