Entrevista
Applied on LinkedIn. The next day a recruiter in PA contacted me for a phone interview. That went fine, this was the week before Christmas so I knew things probably wouldn't move forward until after the holidays. A week after Christmas I emailed the recruiter and didn't hear back from him for another week. He had a manager from the providence office call me for another phone interview, that went fine and I was set up for an in person interview the next day. I was also emailed a long application that I had to scan back to my recruiter that next day. I had my interview in the Providence office with the manager I spoke with on the phone, after I interviewed with him he brought in yet another manager for me to speak with. After an hour the first interview was over and I was told he would be contacting me back about a second interview after I take a psychological exam. I was emailed this exam and took it, I guess I passed. I was then called by my recruiter to talk about the interview process. Sometime that next week I was called back by the manager I initially met with in Providence to come in for a second interview. When arriving for my second interview I met with another manager, after meeting with him another manager was brought it. I was told at the end of this hour and a half interview that one of the managers I met with is going out of town for business and they will discuss me when they get back. If they choose to move forward I will need to come back to shadow someone. The next day I received a call from my recruiter to again discuss how interview went. We played phone tag for a couple days I then have not heard anything, from anyone. This was 2 weeks ago. Most difficult interview process I've ever encountered. After a month of all this I can't even receive an email from the recruiter telling me I wasn't chosen? Not considerate.
they conducted a couple rounds of interviews. the questions that they asked me focused around / about my prior recruiting background and went over my resume. asked how i source candidates. pretty average recruiting interview.

Judge Offices are a very professional environment. The interview happened in a timely manor. Everyone was very nice, and the interview worked as a two part interview. First one was with the Team Lead, and next with the VP.
Initial phone interview to gather basic information and work history followed by in-person interview with the hiring manager. This was a fairly standard process and focused mostly on work history and transferable experience.
