Had initial introductory first round interview. Then went onto the technical interview with the engineering team. They said they would follow up. Never heard back. Reached out to the recruiter (Judge Group) they said they'd reach out. Never heard back. This shows a big lack of respect for the time of the interviewer, who took the time to do this process. There should at least be feedback to get some value out of the process.
