Hiring process can take several days. Interview depends on the individual laboratories. Questions asked are quite laid back and there is usually just a phone screen followed by a 1:1 interview. They definitely look into recommendations you provide, so that should be strong.

There were two parts. The first part was a brief phone interview and the second was a panel via zoom. Notes were taken during both parts. At the end they asked if you had any questions.
